Publications for 2015: Half-Way Through the Year

This first six month listing is fairly short this year, as I have been concentrating my efforts on the new book to send off before 1 September.  A number of essays are scheduled for publication in journals sometime later this year, and a few others are to be submitted over the next month or so.   I hope the list makes up for quantity by its quality, but that is not for me to judge.
